The ICSTATION 4x4x4 Light Cube Kit uses 64 cuboid LEDs and is controlled by an Arduino.
The expansion board uses two 74HC595 shift register chips and can light up a 4x4x4 light cube using 8 I/Os.
It requires fewer hardware resources than other 4x4x4 light cube expansion boards (20 I/Os are required to control).
1.Circuit description The display part of the ICSTATION 4x4x4 Light Cube kit consists of 64 cuboid LEDs.
Use two 74HC595 shift register chips to control the LED anode,
The 4 I/O ports of the Arduino control the 4 common cathodes of the LED.

1. You can choose round head or other color LEDs (our kit is 3mm blue cuboid LED).
2. This kit is a 4x4x4 light cube expansion board and does not contain the for Arduino control chip or control module.
